I possess a wide range of skills that are imperative to the design, documentation, coordination, and construction of a project. I have the ability to work as a team member in a multi-disciplined engineer and design team for large-scale projects. My deep understanding of building software allows me to coordinate 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) mitigating errors in the development of the project. I place a great emphasis on building a strong relationship with clients so that their vision can be translated into an efficient and effective build schedule.

• Experience in the production and design of commercial/retail developments, Commercial Interior outfit/redesign projects.
• Working in teams to create production-level drawings for DP (Development Permit), BP(Building Permit) and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing sets.
• Communicate with various consultants in solving coordination issues before and during the construction process began.
• Create 3D models using the latest Autodesk software "Revit 2023-2015", with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner.
